A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.
A storm is slowly sliding over the Tyrrhenian Sea towards Italy but the anticyclone holds despite everything. The sky is full of clouds at high altitude but the sun and the heat are not lacking.
Today I went with my sister to the city of Benevento. My nephew settled in the mountain town because he got a job in a hospital nearby.
For the occasion of his first month of work he invited everyone to lunch and to see how he had settled in that new accommodation.
Lunch was very long and full of calories but I tried to limit carbohydrates to the maximum and to focus on fats and proteins that then in the week I will have to dispose of recovering even the little work done today.
Really I could not do more because I was with my relatives a lot to talk and we walked a little but still it was a iamalivechallenge 168 lived in a very alive.
After eating we visited the municipal villa of Benevento and the upper district of the city and I must say that it is a great country.
Benevento bears this name thanks to a resounding victory of the Romans who had a similar resounding defeat in the same place so that they changed the name of the city from Bad event to Good event. This fundamental victory for the rise of the Romans as the main civilization of Mediterranean Europe in world history.
