A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.
This morning I woke up very early that I had to be immediately on a tangent journey at the good hour that to find the rays of the sun in the morning sky I need to look on the nacelles of airliners in flight.
In my head there are two that fly simultaneously at different heights almost making the journey together. It’s quite cold and the air is clean and maybe that’s why you see them so clearly despite flying at 10k and 12k meters from the ground.
Today I had to stay early at the health department to be able to do the practice that I couldn’t do the other day and had to do before everyone. Not even at 7 in the morning I succeeded and I arrived third but still I solved the problem the same early.
On the way back, unlike the return trip, I took the bus but I walked half the way so that in the morning I reached my milestone of 10k. I couldn’t go out afterwards, so it was better to do the athletic work right away.
Actually, I prefer to do activities in the afternoon. My body reacts better after the digestion of lunch. Finally, I will celebrate with you my iamalivechallenge number 201. I wanted to finish at 200 but it is difficult to abandon my rite alive in the meantime procrastinate in making at least a good habit.
