Hey Actifiters!
Today was a pretty good day. Overall. Work was pretty typical and after being at my desk a good chunk of the day I definitely needed to get out and stretch my legs.
The weather today in Medford is definitely odd from what we normally have. It is somehow both cloudy and sunny at the same time. Certainly not what we normally have, especially this time of year. But thankfully it wasn't rainy so I had a good little break and was able to get some great steps in. I am thankful to have the weather and time to take a break to be active.
