Hello once again! I hope everyone is having a great night.
I'm about to head so just writing up my Acitifit update for the day! I managed a decent amount of steps, I'd like to increase that next week but I've just felt tired last few days, need to get to bed earlier so I manage more sleep.
on the routine side, I worked out thighs and legs today with some traps worked in too, tomorrow we'll be hitting some chest then enjoying the weekend off!
I still managed my 300 calorie goal on the rowing machine which I knocked off a few more minutes today, improving my time a lot recently, tiring stuff though! Then I of course headed for a cool down chilled walk on the treadmill then off home!
