I'm very late today lol
Let's get into the nasty weight of the week!
I was actually expecting to gain something but a loss is a loss!
Already missed yesterday's workout with all the things I've been doing plus having less sleep so nap has been mandatory in the morning after leaving David and walking lol
Keeping my steps up at least to compensate for the lack of exercise at home!
