I missed a few days because most of it I was away from my phone and didn't get enough steps to post
But today I walked a lot!
David is (finally) back to school and hopefully we are back to some better routine.
My fitness goals for this year is keep up with what I was doing already: crossfit and running!
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for Crossfit and Tuesdays and Thursdays running but I will try add Saturdays as a running day as well, because I like round numbers lol
So, this was the WOD (or Workout Of the Day):
I just smile when they add running to the mix but I'm biased! It was raining during the training and I went outside anyway and there was a beautiful rainbow! I took a picture later on after the class.
With the kid at school, me and my hubby went for a deserved solo date and walked a lot around the city centre and get some errands done on the way!
There was a beautiful boat at the marina besides de cruises..this one is from Norway!
Even though Actifit only give these numbers, my watch is showing other numbers but it's ok!
Probably because I wasn't using the phone during the crossfit class and I ran a few reps.
