Today was the day that I couldn't do some of the workout of the day because my left shoulder started to complain lol
I have an old injury on my left shoulder and to be honest, since I started crosstraining, lifting weights helped a lot giving strength and resistance to it.
Unfortunately, any now and then like today, I pushed a bit too far and there were some specific movements that the pain was too much, like doing burpees, the push-up movement using my own weight was too painful. However, it didn't stop me to carry on the class. My coach gave me some other adapted exercises to replace the ones I couldn't at that moment and I finished the workout.
Better days will come :)
