Today's WOD was crazy!! But I survived lol
I woke up earlier for some stretches and listening to music and dacing! Having a good night sleep does wonders as cliche as that sounds and I've been prioritising it as much as exercise!
The day turns out better with a good sleep and movement!
Today was my day off so some house chores were on the list and some errands in the city centre until was time to pick David from school.
