Today's class was rough...well it's always rough but especially today lol...I hate burpees with a passion! But I can do them slightly better which means my body is progressing so that's a win!
For the bar weight for today's WOD I'm on 25kg so far..with the number of repetitions we need to do as many as possible, I can't push the weight up to the max or "I lose the game".
The rest of the day was at work and I could add more steps if I had my watch with me during the treatments but I use my hands and arms to work so no can do 🤷♀️
Even so..was a nice number of steps today!
