Yesterday was Crossfit day and it wasn't too bad!
Normally I have someone to push me to do more but the ladies on that day already have some age and of course can't sometimes do more heavy stuff so I had to push myself to do more because I believe I can. There was a lady tho that she at least tried the weights I also tried which is a good feeling of being an inspiration or motivation to do more.
50kb BB deadlift and 55kg on the last round
On the other BBs I kept both on 35kg, because..well..I'm a work in progress 😅
