Hey everybody! Thanks for stopping by!😁
The heated waterbed did wonders for my back, however it didn’t fix it entirely and I’m still feeling it tonight. 😔 I really dislike things like this as I can’t find a fix to it.
I had looked at the weather forecast and they were saying partly cloudy for the day, so we made arrangements to meet Jan at 1:30. At 1:00 the heavens opened up to snow and then rain and then snow again. It definitely can’t make up its mind lol! So we postponed until 3:00 hoping it would get the unexpected snow squall out of it’s system.
Things did clear up at the appropriated time and off we set. When we got to the top of Towhee Ridge, you could look to the East and see the snowy topping on Sumas Mountain.
The official sign of spring in our neck of the woods - skunk weed! It is a thermogenic plant that actually can grow up through snow as it gives off heat at it grows. It also gives off a smell similar to skunks - hence the name.
We came down and of course I fixed my usual salted caramel, peanut butter mocha. We had planned to go to the store, but a phone call kept us from leaving so we opted to work on music instead.
After Steem and Actifit, I will be headed for bed.
That’s it for now. Keep on steppin’! Remember, any exercise is good for you so keep at it. Have a lovely day wherever you are!😎💪
