Yesterday beginning, today start. Sounds similar, doesn't it?
Well, start refers to WHM (stands for Wim Hof Method) exercises, or challenges. Whatever you take.
I (re)started a pushup challenge which consists of, daily:
- breathing exercise
- cold shower
- three sets of pushups
It was a solid start.
Breathing, three series, longest 2:47:
Cold shower for prescribed 1:20.
Tomorrow, more of the same with longer times.
