on this day My routine is legs. We start with a jog from Home to where we usually do our exercises
After this we did our routine for the day.
This is the routine
1: squats: 15 x 4
2: strides shorts 20 x 4
3:Elevations 20 x 4
This day we could not finish the routine due to rain but For the next day i Will bring it complete.
