Hi everyone,
This was another day of intense cardio workout with jumping Jacks, high knees, butt kicks, side lunges, pop squats, mountain climbers, cross cross, ghost rope, burpee Jacks and frog jumps.
I was literally sweating in 3 degrees of temperature.
I would say excercise is a celebration of what our body can do and not a punishment for what you ate.
Enjoy food but dont miss your workout.
