How are you all?
I Hope everyone is healthy.
Today i wake up at around 06:00 hrs and reach at running ground at sharp 06:20 hrs. I walk and run for a while (with music) and then came back to home after half hours. I clicked a picture of flowers as well.
Now I got habitual of walking and running which is good for health I believe. After a breakfast, I set my self on laptop and write some blogs over hive and Steemit. I had posted them on the respective platforms. At 12:30 hrs, we had lunch along with seseonal mangoes. It is always a fun to have mangoes. After a lunch I had a powernap of whooping three hours. It was 16:30 hrs when I woke up. I again set myself at a laptop and keep surfing internet and did nothing untill 18:30 hours.
After that I turn on the TV (songs) and started light exercise such as push ups, stretching, Yogas etc. By than it was 10 k steps on my #actifit fitness tracker. As I couldn't sleep last night (I don't know why), we skipped the terrace walk ritual for today.
