I tried the honeycomb tofu at a hot pot restaurant once. It was incredibly juicy with sauce and tasted amazing, so I specifically bought a block when I passed a supermarket on my way back.
I used to store tofu by covering it completely with water and putting it in the fridge's crisper drawer. Today, I got curious and searched for a frozen tofu tutorial on Douyin. Turns out, making frozen tofu is as simple as just putting it in the freezer. That's so easy! I'm gonna give it a try too.
