最近一直吃的是韭菜炒鸡蛋。今天冰箱里韭菜和葱花都没有了。想吃鸡蛋但不想单炒。偶然瞥见一根落单的胡萝卜。那就来照着韭菜鸡蛋的法子做个胡萝卜炒鸡蛋吧!
我做韭菜鸡蛋都是把韭菜切碎,打蛋进去,放盐搅匀,然后热油一起下锅煎。这次的胡萝卜比较硬,所以我就把它擦丝了,然后先过油煎炒软了,再加入蛋液。
出锅还没放凉就尝了一口,有鸡蛋的香味还有胡萝卜的甜。好吃。
Lately, I've been eating stir-fried eggs with chives a lot. Today, there were no chives or green onions left in the fridge. I wanted eggs but didn't feel like just stir-frying them plain. Then I caught sight of a lone carrot. So I decided to make stir-fried eggs with carrot, following the method I use for chives and eggs!
For the chive and egg dish, I chop the chives, crack eggs into them, add salt, stir well, then pour everything into hot oil and fry together. This carrot was quite hard, so I grated it into shreds first, stir-fried it in oil until tender, and then added the beaten egg mixture.
I took a bite right after it was done, before it even cooled down. It had the aroma of eggs and the sweetness of carrots. Delicious!
