Mi informe de Actifit: septiembre 22 2025

A new walk in the city led me to turn on my step counter of the Actifit app. Running an errand is synonymous with dynamism, enjoyment of the route and nature, in short, an adventure to count. I go at the pace of my steps, sometimes very fast and sometimes slow, but the important thing is not to stop to achieve the goal. Walking is accompanied by the word health, which should not be an empty noun but a verb associated with action.

The sun was shining in a particular way because it was already late in the afternoon and its incandescence could be felt. Although, due to the season of the year, it gets dark earlier because of the proximity of the Christmas season. On this occasion, the sun's rays were especially yellow, even in the photos you can see that glow. I also enjoy capturing images of flowers and plants because for me they have a particular charm. Bright and striking colors attract my attention, especially when they are not artificial.

I took the opportunity to buy some supplies for the house, it is impressive how daily items increase in price. Inflation sucks us into a vicious circle from which there is no way out. I hope for better days to come, to have the energy and enthusiasm to give the best of me and move forward. I am passionate about this universe of writing, I seek to see beyond to expand my knowledge, get out of my comfort zone, explore and know new places.

I am always willing to test myself, to know my limitations and try to reverse them. I believe I am capable of achieving great goals and continue to grow as a person. I still have faith intact.

Un nuevo paseo por la ciudad me llevó a encender mi contador de pasos de la aplicación Actifit. Resolver una diligencia es sinónimo de dinamismo, disfrute del recorrido y la naturaleza, en fin, una aventura para contar. Voy al ritmo de mis pasos, a veces muy rápido y otras pausado, pero lo importante es no detenerse para cumplir el objetivo. Caminar va acompañado de la palabra salud, que no debe ser un sustantivo vacío sino un verbo asociado a la acción.

El sol resplandecía de forma particular porque ya era de tarde y de igual manera se siente su incandescencia. Aunque, por la temporada del año, anochece más temprano por la proximidad de la temporada decembrina. En esta ocasión, los rayos solares estaban especialmente amarillos, incluso en las fotos se puede observar ese resplandor. Igual disfruto captar imágenes de flores y plantas porque para mí tienen un encanto particular. Los colores vivos y llamativos llaman mi atención, sobre todo, cuando no son artificiales.

Aproveché para comprar algunas provisiones para la casa, es impresionante cómo diariamente los artículos aumentan de precio. La inflación nos absorbe en un círculo vicioso del cual no se encuentra una salida. Espero que vengan días mejores, tener la energía y el entusiasmo para dar lo mejor de mí y seguir adelante. Este universo de la escritura me apasiona, busco ver más allá para ampliar mis conocimientos, salir de mi zona de confort, explorar y conocer nuevos lugares.

Siempre estoy dispuesta a probarme, a conocer mis limitaciones y tratar de revertirlas. Creo que soy capaz de alcanzar grandes objetivos y continuar creciendo como persona. Sigo con la fe intacta.
