My app tracked more than 5k steps after a long time!
So I have to share it with you know!
I had a perfect day when my work was being outside and enjoy a great weather!
Also, today I started my challenge #squatchallenge. I already told about it in my previous post in #xhaust community.
But let me briefly tell you about it.
I decided to do at least 50 squats every day during a month. I started today. And I did just 700 squats. My goal is to do easily do 100 squats. Google how squats are good go our health. It has plenty of positive sides.
