this is just a short update of my day yesterday.
there was a lack of extra activities other than work and of course i cannot talk about work in here, who would want that?
we all have burdens of our own and i am not that mean to share my work with you.
so allow me to share my not so special dish of anything found in the ref.
the base was chopped tomatoes which liquified into a sauce.
chicken, bok choy, eggplant, ready cut vegetable mix, onions and garlic were then mixed in.
i was just glad it turned up fine, i'm not really a fan of tomato bases other than in spaghetti so this was a risky experiment.
the higher the risk, the higher the gain they say; that does not apply to food.
i was so busy with work that i ended up not having enough time to walk around; i only had 45 minutes to spare.
i just circled my close vicinity: there were no interesting pictures too.
but i saw this warning, predicted overflow of 3 meters in the event of a flood.
3 meters is one story high more or less, i'm safe then: i live on the topmost floor of our apartment.
this non-swimmer will survive when that happens, nothing to worry.
and this is the very short route i had for tonight.
i wasn't even planning to walk around to begin with but my feet started scolding my brain that i finally gave in.
i arrived home just a little over gym time.
it has been awhile when i last shared my gym routine but i still constantly went.
just to be reminded, here was the back routine i did.
- pull ups (9 x 12)
- barbell bent-over row (65kg x 3 x 12)
- shrugs (55kg x 3 x 20)
- chest supported bumbbell row (35kg x 3 x 12)
- single arm seated row (38kg x 3 x 12 per arm)
- a set each of the following with no rest between sets
-- face pull (18kg x 3 x 12)
-- straight arm pulldown (20kg x 3 x 12) - reverse fly (32kg x 3 x 12)
- lat pulldown (50kg x 3 x 12)
and this ends my short life update.
