Asslamoalekum and hello to my #Actifit community. Welcome to another blog. I hope you are all doing well.
Walking, jogging and exercise has become my habit. Workout has become my hobby. It was my 50th day of workout.
I have achieved another milestone because I have consistently did 50 days of workout and exercise. Believe me I am feeling positive changes in my body. I have almost lost my lower belly fat and my weight has decreased from 76 kg to 71 kg. My target is to reach 68 kg because the ideal weight for five feet seven inches height is 68 to 70 kg. I have pretty much confident that I will achieve my goal INSHA'ALLAH. My weight loss journey has been started way back two months ago and I am constantly working on it.
I prefer discipline over motivation because motivation is temporary. Today again I completed 11 k steps which becomes almost 6 kilometres.
Today I got up bit late in the morning. I had my breakfast and then I worked in office for a while.
In the evening I started walking at Mall road Lahore towards my favourite place race course park Lahore. On the way I saw beautiful view that I captured in my camera to show you.
I reached there eat about 04 pm. First I start jogging on a track that is surrounded by different kinds of plants and trees. A garden that was fully of colourful flowers at the start up point of this track.
After jogging straight way I went to the outer jym for some exercises. I did few push ups, sit ups and chin ups there. I learnt another wonderful exercise for removing lower belly fat that is called leg raises. By doing this amazing exercise I am loosing belly fat very fast.
The weather was cold that's why I wear upper. The way people are doing exercises it looks a marvelous atmosphere. It is a famous saying that if your parks and jym are crowded then your hospital will be empty and believe me it's a true saying. There was dust at trees and grass. But still a calm and peaceful atmosphere. I could only hear the voices of birds chirping. The noise of traffic means noise pollution wasn't there.
