Asslamoalekum and hello to my #actifit community. Welcome to another blog. Today's report is a special one because I achieved another milestone today. I completed 14k steps of walking. Walk 14k steps was not an easy job at all but Alhamdolillah by the grace of Almighty Allah I did it.
I got up bit late in the morning. Sunday is always a funday for me. So I had my breakfast and rested for a while at home.
After offering my Zohar prayer, I walked for a while in the streets of my village. Later on after Asar prayer my friend Imran Khan contacted me and asked for a marathon walk.
I accepted his offer and straight way I went to Pai Khel play ground. I met him and we started walking at rough track near thatl canal Pai Khel.
The track was wet because It rained yesterday here in my village Pai Khel. We decided to walk towards another village that is called That hi Sharif. This village is about 8 kilo metres away from our village.
The weather was very beautiful. The clouds were looking awesome at the sky. Pai Khel playground was looking outclass from the height of track. Look at the pictures below.
While enjoying gupshup, the time flew very quickly. So the sun was about to set. The scene of sunset was looking extraordinary. The rays of sun were reflecting in the water of canal.
The clean water of thal canal was looking awesome. The natural scenes on the both sides of track were looking very beautiful. On the right side of the track, there were beautiful plants and trees. While on the left side of the track there were clean a
nd cool water of thal canal.
We reached that hi Sharif in the time of Maghreb prayer. So I offered my Maghreb prayer in the mosque and we decided to return because it was getting dark very quickly. We took a selfie there.
The time was 5:30 when we were returning. So we switched on our mobile lights and started walking towards our residence. After walk6for one and half hour we reached our home. On the way it was completely dark but we wanted to achieve our goal of walking 14k steps and we succeeded in achieving it.
Believe me I am pretty much pleased today because I am trying to be consistent and disciplined in my daily workout routine and so far I am upto it
