Assalamualaikum and hello to my #Actifit community. I hope you are doing well. I am also pretty fine and have started my new week.
I think if we have spare time for ourselves then we are very lucky. Because nowadays most of us don't have time to give to their health or we can say they don't spare time for exercise. And the people who have time and natural place for exercise, they are the luckiest people of the world. Most of the people don't have both time and natural places for continuing their exercise regularly.
If you are not doing exercise or brisk walk for at least one hour a day, you are at risk and wasting your time. You may fall ill and then it would be too late for you. Unfortunately health is not the priority of most of us. We don't realise it's importance but when we fall I'll we realise it's importance. But then we can't do anything accept regret.
I am a person who always try to be disciplined in doing my daily workout. I don't post every single activity here. But I am regular in doing exercise. I think being motivated for few days or few months and then back to normal routine is not a good going. I prefer being disciplined over being motivated regarding maintaining health and doing workout.
Doing boring exercises again and again is not an easy task at all. But if you make it your habit then it becomes quite easy. You go to your work place regularly whether you feel good or bad because you know it's importance. You prefer your job that's why you are consistent and regular in your job. Similarly if your health become your priority, you would not miss even a single day doing exercises and workouts. Career without good health nothing. Health is more important than our career but we run after establishing career and sacrifice our health.
It was Monday and Monday is always a great day for me because I am to take a positive start of the week. I got up bit late in the morning, had my breakfast and decided to go for walk in the Unicol Sugar Mills Kotmoman Sargodha. The spring season has arrived and the plants and different kinds of flowers are blossoming in the garden area. Unicol Sugar Mills Kotmoman Sargodha is a vast sugar Mill. The garden area of this mill is something treat to watch.
Cool breeze was blowing and the sweet fragrance of roses were spreading around. I started walking on the track surrounded by different kinds of flowers and plants. There were some palm trees enhancing the beauty of this garden. Honey bees were busy in collecting nector from roses ๐น.
A beautiful orchard of lemons ๐ was located very near to that beautiful track.
My favorite sunflowers were also enhancing the beauty of this wonderful garden. The petals of sunflowers were dancing in the air. Nature was at its peak here in the garden area of the Mill. I was enjoying my afternoon walk and thanking my Almighty ALLAH that He gave me spare time and such a nice natural atmosphere for a soothing walk. A beautiful grassy ground was located near the hostel area of this Sugar Mill. Different kinds of trees like guava, Mulberry and lemon were there. Mulberry tree was loaded with mulberries. I enjoyed eating mulberries.
During walking I saw some beautiful trees of loquat. I never saw loquat tree live. So my level of excitement was high. I plucked some loquats and ate them. Only few were fully ripe other were still green. Their taste were amazing.
Again after offering my asar prayer in the evening, I started doing my daily workout. First I started brisk walk for few minutes. Then I did some jogging. After that I did some cardio exercises like jumping jack, sit ups, push ups, planks and some exercises for reducing belly fat. It took me almost one hour to complete my different kinds of exercises. I have surpassed 5k steps of walking and jogging. It really was a nice day with continuing my workout. I am sticking to my plan and trying to be consistent and disciplined in my daily exercise. So far so good for me. So I would suggest you move your body. Don't be lazy. Do spare some time for yourself. At least spare one hour per day for your body is necessary. Your body has right to give some time to workout. Believe me your life would change and you would feel amazingly different and pleased.
