Assalamualaikum and hello to my #Actifit community. Welcome to another blog. I hope you are all doing well and having a good day. I am also doing pretty well.
If you ask me the definition of success in one word, then my answer would be consistency and discipline. Discipline and consistency are the basic tools of success in any field.
Most people don't succeed in their fields because they only rely on motivation. And you know motivation is temporary but the discipline is permanent.
Being disciplined is the only key to success. Doing boring things again and again on regular basis succeed you end of the day.
I was listening a video of renowned indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar on social. He was saying that you know why I remained at top in world cricket for long time and why I made world record in scoring centuries and fifties? He said I was only used one tool and that is being disciplined. He added that I never looked back in my life and never missed even a single day when I didn't practice in the nets. Holy, dewali and other events didn't matter to me. I only focused on one thing and that is discipline and consistency.
Look, no one can beat you if you are disciplined. You will be unique in the world and no body count compete you. All you need to do is doing practice in particular field on regular basis.
Now I will come to the topic and that is fitness and healthy life. Fitness and proper health also need discipline. If you do exercise and maintain your healthy diet for a longer period of time. No one can stop you by being healthy and fit. Unfortunately health is not in the priority of most of us. We don't give importance to our health. When we fall I'll , we realise it's importance but then it's too late for us.
I know it's not an easy job at all. But it is the only way to be fit and healthy. All you need to spare one hour for your fitness and health. Do your workout whatever the circumstances you are facing. If nothing distract you from doing regular workout then you are on the right track.
You know why Most of us don't do regular exercise or workout, they get bored by doing same things again and again. The only solution to this problem is that whenever you think of quitting exercise or workout, you go to nearby hospital and spend sometime with patients who are fighting with different kinds of diseases.
Almighty ALLAH made our body for moving not for lying hours and hours. We have to give at least one hour to ourself if we want to live a healthy life.
Alhamdolillah I am sticking to my plan and doing my workout on regular basis. It was another wonderful day here in Sargodha. After Asar prayer, I started my workout. First I warmed up for a while by tapping my arms and body.
I started walking briskly for ten to fifteen minutes. Then I went to rough track of hostel area in Unicol Sugar Mills Kotmoman Sargodha. I ran there for almost ten minutes. After that I did some other exercises like push ups, sit ups, squats, high knees etc. I did some special exercises to reduce my belly fat. Although I don't have enough belly fat but still I do some exercises for it. I hate belly fat because it is the worst thing for a man's body. A man looks very ugly with hanging belly.

I completed 6k steps again and I am pretty much pleased and thanks to Almighty ALLAH for being disciplined and consistent in my workout.
If you guys want to be fit and healthy, do spare at least one hour for your health and fitness. Your body has a right to you. So be disciplined in doing exercise and workout not just motivated.
