Assalamualaikum and hello to my #Actifit community. Welcome to another wonderful fitness blog. I hope you people also trying to maintain your health and fitness and having a wonderful time.
Believe me if you are not taking care of your health and not doing workout regularly, then you are few steps away from being destroyed. Your health is your everything. Everyone has the desire to look smart, healthy and fit but only few people pay the price for being fit and healthy. The journey of being fit and healthy is not a bed of roses. You have to be disciplined and persistent in doing your daily workout.
In this journey, you are not being motivated everyday. All you need to do to push yourself and your limits. You have to back up yourself. Nobody is there to appreciate your efforts for being fit and healthy. Even when you loose your weight and looks smart and fit, instead of appreciation by your surrounded people, they jealous by your fitness. People will laugh at you when you will start this weight or fat loss journey. They will try to humiliate you Infront of others. But if you love yourself and want to upgrade yourself, do stick to your daily workout plan. Don't listen others and follow other people routine. Everyone has its own life and you have the right to live your life according to your will and desire. You are not here to please everyone. Because you can't please everyone all the time.
Fitness needs practice, practice, practice and practice, nothing else. Follow the boring routine years and years. Do workout on regular basis and be very careful about your diet.
You have to know about your calories intake. Fat loss or weight loss is all about calories deficit formula.
It was a another wonderful day here in Sargodha. After offering my Asar prayer. I got ready, wore my track suit and joggers and departed towards hostel track for my daily workout.
I started my workout with jogging. Yesterday I took 10 rounds of that particular rough track. And today I pushed myself and took two more extra rounds. I took 12 rounds today. Here you can see the particular track in the pictures below. I love this track because it is surrounded by roses, plants and some beautiful trees. Nature is in abundance here in the hostel area of Unicol Sugar Mills Kotmoman Sargodha.
After jogging, I started walking briskly. I went towards Mills area and walked there for a while. It was getting dark because the clouds were wandering in the sky. The cool breeze was blowing and the flowers wer dancing in the air. I took some pictures there and then moved towards a beautiful lawn of the hostel where I started doing other exercises.
First I did some push ups, sit ups and jumping jacks. Then I did my favorite exercises to remove belly fat like high knees, side arms touch and few others. The green grass was looking awesome. It is a tailor made place for exercise. Luckily I have the time and such a beautiful place for doing my daily workout.
I am consistent in my exercise and daily workout plan. What you people do to keep yourself fit and healthy?? Do share your daily routine. I will love to hear your opinions about fitness..
