Been feeling unwell these past few days, despite (or perhaps, in part, due to) all the socializing. It’s been an age since I’ve done any gym stuff apart from kettlebell swings too, which I also think is contributing to the icky feelings.
So today I did a more varied workout followed by a treadmill session. Felt pretty good. Going to keep testing the approach out.
Today’s fuel was partially a brunch shakshouka, which you can enjoy visually below in all its eggy symmetry :)
