Saludos a todos en actifit, aquí estoy yo con un nuevo reporte !
Hello everyone at actifit, here I am with a new report !
El día lunes fue bastante activo, me levante bastante temprano para hacer algunas cosas, luego de desayunar y bañarme salí a sacarle una copia a la llave de mi casa y comprarme unas vitaminas que no puede comprar el domingo, saliendo de mi casa de camino a hacer eso paso por la cancha donde casi siempre juego basket, estaban varios amigos entrenando, asi que fui a hacer lo que tenia que hacer rapido y me fui a la cancha a jugar basket con ellos, aparte de tambien practicar la parada de manos y hacer un poco de pliometria, no habia comido nada asi que de regreso iba medio muerto pero fue bastante divertido jajaja.
Monday was quite active, I got up early enough to do some things, after breakfast and bathing I went out to get a copy of my house key and buy some vitamins that I can not buy on Sunday, leaving my house on the way to do that I passed by the court where I almost always play basketball, there were several friends training, so I went to do what I had to do quickly and I went to the court to play basketball with them, besides also practice the handstand and do some plyometrics, I had not eaten anything so on the way back I was half dead but it was pretty fun hahaha.
