Saludos a todos en actifit, aquí estoy yo con un nuevo reporte !
Hello everyone at actifit, here I am with a new report !
Hoy me levanté bastante más temprano de lo habitual, debido a que tenia que ir a un ambulatorio a ver si podia verme en una consulta con el odontologo.
Salí y fui caminando al rededor de las 7:30am, duré hasta las 9:30 más o menos en el ambulatorio pero si me hicieron la consulta. De aquí me fui caminando a comprar algunas cosas que mi mamá me habia mandada y volví a mi casa para ir a comprar otras cosas pero en mi bici.
Luego llegue como a las 11 a mi casa, estudié un rato y me fui a dormir una siesta.
Today I got up much earlier than usual, because I had to go to an outpatient clinic to see if I could have a consultation with the dentist. I left and went walking around 7:30am, I lasted until 9:30 or so at the clinic but they did give me the appointment. From there I walked to buy some things that my mom had sent me and went back to my house to buy other things but on my bike. Then I got home around 11 o'clock, studied for a while and went to take a nap.
Luego de que desperté, me ocupé un rato y me estiré e hice unas paradas de manos en mi cuarto para despertarme bien. Luego al rededor de las 6pm, me vestí para irme a entrenar freestyle en casa de 
After I woke up, I got busy for a while and stretched and did some handstands in my room to wake up properly. Then around 6pm, I got dressed to go freestyle training at
No son muchas fotos porque como les conté en anteriores blogs, se me dañó una de las camaras de mi telefono, aún asi me mantendré activo y le conseguiré una solución !
