I am athleet doing runing, martial arts, lifting weights, swiming, sometimes walking, mi goal is to overcome all the obstacles and push my body to the limit. Sometime is easy some not but there is no surrender every day is new challange. Some days i just rest some i go do some activities i want to do. Beside i work something else. I cook clean house go for long walks or long runnings thats what i do beside all of usual stuff like shopping and rest what need to be done. I like enjoy the life it is but it can always be better so thats why i challange myself to go eaven further.
