I was walking runing cleanning all day at te work. Had to clean lots of rooms. I run trou the steps in hotel. It was fun. I did 1000 and 1000 steps up an down i enter lots of rooms. Clean flors and beds

I am athleet doing runing, martial arts, lifting weights, swiming, sometimes walking, mi goal is to overcome all the obstacles and push my body to the limit. Sometime is easy some not but there is no surrender
