So the actifit app is showing 10K and I have no clue as to how I got that number!
I didn't do much yesterday.. I was feeling bit unwell so I stayed in. I know I got up and moved around several times but I wasn't looking at this app. Just now I'm looking at my number to post it and I'mvvery surprised at what I see!
Well I'm feeling better today and hopefully I'll get out for a walk tonight. I think I'll go ride my bike right now.
