Today was a good day for activity. Ran around the house a lot, worked on getting the A/C unit put in better, going to have to redo it all tomorrow. Then I pit a pork shoulder on the smoker, so lots of walking there.
Add in the stretching and it makes for a decent day while pacing during meeting...
Oh yeah, and the fifteen holes of disc golf really adds in the activity. Especially when you are running around looking for a disc that your friend threw, I ended up cutting my leg on some shrubs.
