Today was a little crazy to say the least. I like how the new layout of the app looks, however, I don't thinknit is tracking as well.
I rode on the exercise bike and with my phone in the pocket it only add about 100 to the total activity.
I did get a chunk of walking in today due to an event a group I am with was sponsoring.
The the physical therapy was a good workout today. Some reverse flys, some rows, and even a close grip bench press.
Add in some chores and it finished out the day.
