Today was on the rough side, my calfs are just killing me, just hurts to walk.
At physical therapy today with the neck and shoulders I chose to push it, we will see if that will be good for me or not... sixty curls, shoulder presses with a kettlebell, and then holding a plate while acting like it was a steering wheel, aka a bus driver. My shoulders were on fire!
Coming home i cleaned the kitchen and did some other picking up.
I then did some time on the exercise bike, which was good besides the calves hurting.
