My activity consists of doing a routine of legs and buttocks. Strarting with a light job for fifteen minutes; continuing with about twenty squats of four series ( increasing successively in each repetition twenty, thirty forty etc) continuing with squats juice doing twenty repititions un four series; then lateral lunges doing thirty repititions on each leg and ending with static squats, held in that position for one minute. Thais routine should be left for fifteen seconds to ser more results. the secret is in not resting long. Be constante and use a lot of breath
