Toda'ys routine consisten of arma (no weigths). A routine that helps fron the comfort of home, working the bíceps, tríceps and shoulder; starding wih a stretch that allows us yo warn Up. Then we sneak inti positivo to do push-ups ( with the hands at the height of a little Wilder than the shoulders) doing 20 repetitions in 4 series. Then push-ups with the arms at shoulder height, 20 repetitions 4 series. Continuing with tríceps extension, placing ourselves at a comfortable height of oír appearance and performing 30 repetitions 4 series. And we finish with an iron un time of 1 min. The rest time between each exercise un 15 sec for better results
