I had a discussion once based around a post about ice cream and the fact that we had ice cream sandwiches made with real bread here!
I can't for the life of me think which post it was or who I was chatting to but this weekend, whilst back in Bangkok, I caught the coconut ice cream man on our street and being a coconut ice cream addict, had to buy some, deciding to eschew the boring 'tub' and go for the sandwich!
I have no idea why they commonly serve peanuts with ice cream but they do go together well. Sadly, he'd run out of chocolate sauce that take this snack to a whole new level!
Anyway, here it is. An ice cream sandwich made with genuine bread!
