I am about 10lbs up from my "normal" weight still-covid, traveling, homeschooling, blah blah blah. I was very happy to be able to do pullups. I peeked out 3 in a row, and ended up doing a few sets. My someday goal is 10 unbroken.
I got to do an actual lifting session today, which means it is time to do math and percentages. I do a certain number of movements, and the amount of reps varies based on the percentages I will use and also if I am going off of max lifts or a multiple rep max lift. The first several minutes of each session are calculations. See kids, you'll use math in real life one day!
My sets were supposed to he around 80%of max lifts, 2 rep max, or for front squats, based off my 5 rep max.
Snatch doubles- I started at about 110#, and worked my way up to 140 today.
My clean and jerks were at 140#-170#.
Here is the jerk at 170#
I did some front squats, and finished with some snatch high pulls at 130#.
None of this counted toward my activity since I wasn't holding onto my phone, so I didbsomw jogging afterwards, and of course some cleaning up before our roadtrip.
If you made it this far-
Should I out less details on my actifit posts, and put more of the detail into a blog post and just tag actifit in it?
Also, do you like the gifs? I also recorded the video......
