
I took this pic about 7 miles into my run. Still trucking along slowly, but surely. I am training for a Ragnar run in April. I have noticed my knees getting a little random pain here and there which reminds to get in some good stretching sessions.
Those are miles times. It is pretty hilly where I live, so it always seems like my runs are almost half uphill and the rest flat or slight downhill grade. I don't know how good or bad this is for me, but it is my regular running route in the neighborhood.
I am gonna mix in some shorter rounds after my lifting, but no lifting on my long run days I think.
I had chicken, guacamole and mini bell peppers afterwards.
