I did my first run/jog/walk since the Ragnar 2 weeks ago. It was slow, but that is fine. Going out and doing it was a win.
Tonight we watched an edited version of Pitch Black with my boys. I also washed my sons hair in the sink to remind him what clean hair feels like. Why are boys so inherently dirty? Mostly joking. Their filth is very masculine and I low key love all their boy quirks.
