Yesterday, we had 10 rounds:
Run about 200 meters
20 (35#)lbs swings
10 wall balls
5 toes 2 bar.
Each round in 4 min, running clock
I was able to finish the workout. I didn't run afterwards because sometimes I am too tired to be motivated to do the house responsibilities hanging over my head.
Yesterday, I cleaned out my pantry. There is a sneak peak into a pantry for a family of 8. The cereal is kind of low, but there it is.
