Hlo everyone today is Thursday 2 April 2026.
So today my goal was to go to my grandpa home.
So I started the journey π I go to service road where rickshaws go to brt station Sardar ghari stop and I sit in it and go to stop.
Then I wanted to go with Super express 15 bus bcz it's very fast and it stay only on two stops.
So the journey was going hhh I'm saying journey bcz for ants journey is 5 meter and I'm highlighting the antsπ€£.
So anyway I arrive there and meet with my grandpa bcz he comes from Thailand after long time so we met him and I later I spend some time with him and we were very happy.
But the problem is not that I got o my grandpa house but is that when I come later I was very bored and I didn't understand why this is happening but than I got an idea that I have to do exercise bcz it release feel good harmones like endorphins which reduce this boredness and depressed so
The I dea I decided was that I have to do some calisthenics exercise but I got an problem that's why I choose Badminton exercise.
And the fact is that badminton exercise also good as other exercises bcz it's help to improve cardiovascular health,increased lung capacity and enhance muscle strength which is best.
So we started with my brothers but the air was problem but we do some practice bcz of the benifits we have to do it so I played very strong with my older brother and some shots.
But then the clouds were to depressed that they start crying
And the rain started.
So we stop and our exercise ends there due to rain .
So anyway this was my Actifit report card and I will upload this tomorrow anyway I hope u enjoy this and if not make sure to say anything about this post so I will make my hard work improve.
