Orange 🍊 and coconut 🥥 tree planted, more trees needed around my new compound.
I really love trees, flowers and grasses around my surrounds. Nature is also beautiful especially when we come closer and become friendly to her.
I’ll love to see these trees grow and produce fruits for my family and my neighbors in the nearest future.
This coconut cost me $7 from a vendor that is into breeding of agric trees. According to his estimate, the coconut tree will start producing in the next three years, I’ll be glad if this should workout as said.
I admired this orange tree so much which was why I went for it, I paid $9 to purchase it, expecting it to start producing in few months ahead.
I’ve also ordered for other kinds of citrus like red grape, lemon 🍋 etc.
My wife also advised that we buy avocado 🥑and other traditional pears 🍐
I’ll love to have shades from these trees at our compound to reduce heat from the sun, Africa is known for severe high temperature, which ideally demands for more tree plantation.
As I strolled my lonely route to pick some fruits and some fresh air, I took another picture of sunset at my usual spot, today was brighter than the last day I snapped the sun setting.
It was around six o’clock 🕕 in the evening, the sky was bright while the sun was hiding at a tick cloud ⛅️ as I snapped the picture. Right now I wish for rain, at least to drench on my crops. That’s reminds me, from tomorrow I’ll bring across some updates of my garden right inside my compound, I used some portion of my compound for vegetables, corn 🌾 and legume.
It’s a wonderful site to behold. Please tune in same time tomorrow for a lovely update from my garden. I’m sure that someone will be motivated to try something lovely like I myself at this pandemic period.
Thanks for coming around.
