What a day π
I came to a point where I didn't see any progress anymore by going to the gym just once in the evening so I this is my first day when I added a short morning gym session to my routine
Pull-ups: 60 + 20 more in the evening
Crunch Bench: 40 sit-ups
Dragon thrust exercise: 20
6pack exercises on matt: 20
Heel touches: 20
Then I went to Vienna's SadoMaso hotspot SMartcafe to upgrade my SMequipment
Really great people loved it from the start
Then before heading to my evening gym session I bought Jason Lowery's PhD thesis on Amazon about Bitcoin and Softwar, I love Christmas Shopping in March!! πͺπ»π π»
