How lucky I am I can go twice to the gym while others are suffering from Long-Covid. Here are my gym details of today:
- Pull-ups: 40+60
- Dragon thrust exercise: 20
- 6pack exercises on matt (extended version): 20
- Cycling 10 minutes
- In my evening workout
- Side Leg Raises: 20
- Crunch Bench: 80 sit-ups
This fitness diary entry is supposed to be open up about people that are suffering fron ME/CFS, do you know someone who is also hoping research for possible therapies is accelerating?
