Hello everyone, long time no see. It’s been a while since I made my last post here but I’m thinking about coming back and posting more often to keep me accountable and motivate me to achieve my 2026 goals.
Decided to delete instagram to be able to have more time for myself and Hive, impressive how often I found myself searching for the Instagram app without even noticing.
My main health goal for 2026 is to get to 12% body fat, I don’t even know if this will be possible but it seems like way more interesting goal than simply losing weight. Especially considering I’m not only doing this to become healthier but also to become a better padel player. Lighter on my feet and stronger!
I will keep sharing my results every week and try to keep it consistent. So far I’ve been able to only eat a soup for dinner on week days and my weight is already slowly dropping. While also staying active playing padel 2 or 3 times week at least.
