Hello everyone. One of the requirements of the Actifit challenge is to make a video with the exercises, in my case I don't know very well how to make it for Appics, so I uploaded it through 3speak with the tags they request. But in addition to this, I wanted to make a complete video since I had the accident so you can see the progress I've had, and be motivated even more to exercise, to love every part of your body and to take it to another level, because the limits are only in the mind, and if you set your mind to it, I'm sure you will achieve every goal you have.
Lastly could one of you please explain me how to upload the video by Appics for week 4🙈, I would appreciate it from my heart 💜.

Uno de los requisitos del reto Actifit es montar un vídeo con los ejercicios, en mi caso no sé muy bien como montarlo por Appics, así que lo subí por 3speak con las etiquetas que solicitan. Pero adicional a esto, quise hacer un vídeo completo desde que me accidente para que ustedes vean el progreso que he tenido, y se motiven aún más a ejercitarse, a amar cada parte su cuerpo y a llevarlo a otro nivel, porque los límites solo están en la mente, y si te lo propones, estoy segura que lograrás cada objetivo que tengas.Por último alguno de ustedes me podría por favor explicar cómo subir el video por Appics para la semana 4🙈, se lo agradecería de corazón 💜
