Got to the gym this morning before my travel so that I could get in some weight training. I plan to do some basic body weight exercises over the next couple of weeks but discipline is not the same when equipment is not available. I walked to and from the gym to get some activity in before the work day.
It was a crazy day at work today so most of my pacing happened in the evening to get past the goal for the day. The streak continues although this is the week it comes to an end unless some extra effort is accomplished. However, the body is asking for a break soon.
