It was late night yesterday and given the long day ahead, I did not want to risk pushing too much given the busy week I am in the middle of. I did get up early again for a workout but it was only a slow walk to get the body flowing to start the day. While I had some long meetings in the morning, the afternoon had me very active around the office.
The evening also brought an activity that had me on my feet so was happy that I still had some energy to get through it. It will all repeat tomorrow as the mid week push will be one to grind through. Getting to see the end of the month is so far away but my focus at the moment to get by at the moment.
