Today I woke up feeling slightly better after a good night of sleep. There was still some pain but now it is more concentrated in a smaller area while I am gaining some mobility. I thought of going to the gym for some weightlifting but remembered the session earlier in the week that set me back. Instead, I went outside for a long walk to continue to enjoy the fresh air and great weather. It was also a smooth day at work which was great as I was not stuck at my desk all day.
I made an effort to stretch at every opportunity to see if that would also help. I am also getting into the groove with the diet which has excluded soft drinks which is a great milestone. Tomorrow will be a busy day but I am looking forward to the weekend for some rest as I continue to recover. I hope to try some lifting at some point this weekend if things continue to improve. The year is just getting started!
